Warranty Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online from HammocksHub.com. We have a 30-day limited warranty. We will repair or replace any part of the hammock within 30 days of purchase if defective. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, wind, snow, fire misuse or any act of God, nor does this limited warranty cover damage resulting from the hammock not having been securely fastened down nor from improper installation. HammocksHub.com makes no other warranty and the remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy. HammocksHub.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of any product sold on this website, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Any defective hammock or part must be sent (shipping pre-paid) to Hammocks Hub 38940 Trade Center Dr. Palmdale CA. 93551 All rejected unsigned shipments may be returned, minus the shipping, handling fees and a 20% restocking fee.

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes, and with all the paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product.(TARPS MUST STILL BE IN AN IT'S SEALED PACKAGE) We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.

All items that are properly returned under this policy are eligible for store credit. Store credit will be credited to your order or account for a future purchase.

Any flawed item can be replaced within thirty - 30 - days of its purchase. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to neglect, snow, hurricane, earthquake, fire or any other act of nature. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation of any item purchased on our website. Hammocks Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the item, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Any inoperative or flawed tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Hammocks Hub, attention "Returns", 38940 Trade Center Dr. Palmdale CA 93551.

HammocksHub.com does not guarantee any other warranty other than the aforementioned warranty.

Shipping Policies:
We strive to get your item out as soon as possible. In stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. Most items ship at least within 1-2 business days. Some items may take up to 15 business days depending the season. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday. If you need an item by a certain date, please ask. We will be more than happy to try to get it to you by that date.

We ship by Fed Ex Ground-Commercial.

California residents pay 9.75% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside California are exempt from sales tax.

Address correction charges:

Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged to us by FedEx and UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. How to cancel an order:

Due to our large volume of orders it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $10 charges for all canceled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately. Orders will be canceled if items have not been shipped. If items have been shipped, you must follow our standard return procedures. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If you refuse delivery, we will issue store credit for the item cost minus any associated shipping and restocking fees. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us immediately at HammocksHub@yahoo.com. Orders will be canceled if items have not been shipped.
